TESTIMONIALS

“Pioda’s plan? Start with functional strength and mobility, get the basics right, resolve the pain, and move forward from there. That’s the Pioda way.

“He runs a simple formula that works….. Care, knowledge, Understanding, personalised solution and results. It is the small things that he does that make a big difference. Hands down one of the best trainers I’ve ever had. (And his energy and enthusiasm is infectious!)”

“He is the most knowledgeable trainer I/we have ever had in all the years we have used PT, and we honestly feel we are starting to benefit from a greater level of fitness and general good health. I am really looking forward to the day when I can look back in about a years time and say, wow, look at how far we've come and what we've achieved!

Daniel constantly switches things up so that we never get used to the sessions or know what to expect since he thinks up new and interesting things to do to make it more fun.

He is a truly outstanding young man, a thorough and diligent worker, shows a keen interest in his clients and clear enthusiasm for his job, in short, he is a delight and a pleasure to have as a Personal Trainer”.

I've had a personal trainer for 20 years so I guess I'm pretty well qualified to comment on Daniel's expertise as a personal trainer.

He has trained me every week for nearly 4 years and I've found him to be professional, always punctual and a great communicator.

He's easily able to put his extensive knowledge into practice and has kept me motivated to work through injuries and keep my weight on track too with great appropriate dietary advice.

He mixes up the sessions so I'm never bored and always challenged. He's very attentive too, ensuring that every exercise I do is carried out correctly to get the best benefit and to eliminate the risk of injury”.

The form/technique I should have within my workouts, the type of exercise I should be doing to see results, the things I should be looking for in the food I’m eating, etc. I take all of your advice into consideration each and every day. So I really do appreciative everything and can say that you’re a great PT and make an impact on people with the work you do. :)

“It is with great pleasure to write this recommendation letter for my personal trainer Daniel. His persistence has kept me focused and committed to a personal training schedule. Daniel has helped me to develop a new attitude and enjoyment of fitness over the years with redesigning of my sessions and evolving his programs”.

I've had the pleasure of training with Daniel for 4 years now and during that time I have always found him to be professional, goal oriented, punctual, fun, flexible and well mannered.

He always has my best interests at heart and finds a way to push me both mentally and physically. I have opened up to Daniel about my battles with anxiety and he has also been able to help me through this by being an active listener and well being coach.

Daniel is more than just a trainer, he's a mate, coach, comedian and wellbeing expert. I have no hesitations in recommending Daniel”.

“I started working with Daniel just over a year ago. I had been suffering from chronic lower back pain for several years after a life time of endurance sports without taking care of my core and flexibility. When I started with Daniel I hadn't exercised in more than 4 years and had put on 30kgs. Progress was slow initially with several months of squeezing muscles and activation exercises. After a few months of upper back exercises, I stopped getting headaches which had plagued me weekly. Shortly after that my chronic lower back pain went away for weeks at a time. Sometimes we would progress too much, my back would get sore, but Daniel was able to regress the exercises and get things working again. Before I started with Daniel a trip to the kids swimming pool with my son left me hardly able to walk and having to spend a week in bed.  Now I am doing 50kms bike rides without back pain.”
