STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

My passion for exercise began from a young age when I first started playing sports. I always enjoyed improving my physical fitness and grew a strong interest for understanding human movement and rehabilitation. During my Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, I began a Strength and Conditioning internship and immediately knew I wanted to pursue a career in coaching. Over the last six years I’ve had the pleasure of working in four different countries and with a range of clients, from general population to athletes, all with different goals, needs and from various walks of life.

I am extremely driven to develop athletes for the physical demands required to have a successful and sustainable career in sport. My experience with field, court, combative and endurance athletes has given me the opportunity to understand the nature of different sporting codes and adapt my style of coaching to the individual I am working with. Improving strength, speed and fitness is great, but helping athletes to perform at a higher level and fulfil their ambitions is what motivates me to become a better coach.

My coaching philosophy is simple; build strong relationships, plan and adjust accordingly to the goals and training principals, have a laugh and enjoy the process.
